After toiling in the Austin tech world for several years during the Austin dot-com boom and bust, Mr. Morris sought a more entrepreneurial way of life in residential real estate. Active in central Texas real estate for over 16 years, Mr. Morris has been among the top 1% of producers for the better part of the last decade, with a heavy focus on residential investment for both short- and long-term purchases on behalf of investment clients.
Prior to his business career, Mr. Morris was drafted by, and played for, the Florida Marlins Baseball Organization. A career-ending shoulder injury sidelined that career, after which he dedicated 14 years to coaching at his alma mater Little League in West Austin and serving on its Board of Directors.
Mr. Morris spends his free time with his wife and 2 young children, and occasionally enjoys a sub-par golf game.

After acquiring an Accounting degree, Brian served as an Auditor for Texas Health and Human Services for 4 years and was the founder of a local financial advisory company prior to joining the HouseMax Funding vision.
Prior to his business career, Brian played collegiate baseball at Lubbock Christian University and graduated at the top of his business class. In his free time, Brian enjoys fishing and hunting with his brothers.

Chase also spent 4 years at LendingHome, where he built and led a full, in-house Servicing and Asset Management team — which included Customer Care, Loan Administration, Default Prevention, Loss Mitigation, Foreclosure, REO, and Portfolio/Investor Management functions. There, his team managed just over $1B in assets. He has held leadership roles at Nationstar Mortgage and Conventus.
